Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Funding Predictions platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Funding Predictions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By registering for an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Funding Predictions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify Funding Predictions immediately of any unauthorized use. Each individual may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated, and any associated challenge purchases may be forfeited without refund.

Funding Predictions offers simulated evaluation challenges ("Challenges") where traders demonstrate their skill by trading prediction market positions within specified parameters. Challenges have defined rules including but not limited to: profit targets, maximum drawdown limits, daily loss limits, and minimum trading day requirements. Passing a Challenge requires meeting all criteria as outlined at the time of purchase. Funding Predictions reserves the right to modify Challenge parameters for future purchases; active Challenges will be governed by the rules in effect at the time of activation.

Upon successfully passing a Challenge evaluation, eligible traders may receive a funded trading account ("Funded Account"). Funded Accounts are subject to ongoing risk management rules identical to the evaluation phase, including maximum drawdown and daily loss limits. Violation of any funded account rule may result in immediate account termination. Funding Predictions may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any Funded Account that it deems to be engaged in prohibited trading practices.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all profits: - Exploiting platform latency, data feeds, or pricing errors - Coordinating trades across multiple accounts or with other traders - Using automated trading bots, scripts, or high-frequency trading algorithms without prior written approval - Hedging positions across separate Funding Predictions accounts - Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise interfering with the platform infrastructure - Any form of market manipulation or abuse - Sharing account credentials with any third party

Challenge fees are one-time, non-recurring charges. Fees are non-refundable once a Challenge has been activated (i.e., a trade has been placed). Refund requests for unactivated Challenges may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Funding Predictions processes all payments through third-party payment processors and does not store credit card or banking information directly. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

Funded traders are entitled to receive 80% of net profits generated on their Funded Account. Funding Predictions retains 20%. Profit payouts are processed on a bi-weekly schedule, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold of $100. Funding Predictions reserves the right to audit any account before processing a payout. Payouts may be delayed if there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited trading practices or if additional verification is required.

Trading prediction markets involves significant risk. Prediction market positions can result in the complete loss of invested capital. Past performance in evaluation Challenges does not guarantee future results on Funded Accounts. Funding Predictions does not provide investment advice, and nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any prediction market contract. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Funding Predictions platform are the property of Funding Predictions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from Funding Predictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funding Predictions and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Funding Predictions's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in Challenge fees in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Funding Predictions may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that Funding Predictions deems harmful to the platform, other users, or the business. Upon termination, any outstanding Challenges are forfeited and no refunds will be issued. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Funded Account profits earned prior to termination will be paid out subject to standard audit and verification procedures.

Funding Predictions collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, analytics providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware, USA, and be conducted in English.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
